Warranty

We are very grateful that you have chosen E-Card digital products and become our user. We will provide you with accurate, timely and quality after service. In order to better protect customers' interests and normalize our services, we have made the following provisions.

1. For any E-Card series products produced or sold by our company, under normal operation, we will provide 3-month free replacement, 1-year free maintenance and life-time paid maintenance if there exist any problem after test by our engineers.

2. As customers out of GuangdongProvince will spend more time on product transportation, we extend the term of free replacement and maintenance by 1 month each.

3. Within the term of free replacement, new product is available any working hours. If there is no inventory or no standby parts, payment can be refunded or other similar products can be selected by the customer.

4. Within the term of free maintenance, we promise that we will solve problems within 5 days after receipt of the returned product.

5. Customers should use and maintain the product sold by our company strictly according to the user's manual. Within the term of free replacement and maintenance, if product problems are caused by the customer, we will assess damages and charge part fees. Customers shall be fully responsible if the customer-caused damage is so serious that it cana??t be repaired.

6. Our Dept. of Technology will trace problems, answer questions, solve problems, and provide every possible technological support. If customers can't solve problems by themselves, please write down causes of problems and return to us with the product. We will solve the problems based on relevant warranty provisions.

7. Returned products should be packed in quality and firm cartons so that they will not be damaged in transportation.

8. Please attach a list of returned products, and indicate address, phone number and contact person for double check by both parties.
